UPG was founded by Will Fultz to provide quality sales representation to manufacturers of construction related products. Will has a deep background in sales, sales management, product management, and product development – working previously for Fortune 500/global manufacturers such as PPG, RPM (Carboline), and Sika. His 20+ years of B2B sales experience includes international business travel, speaking at industry events, and being the recipient of numerous sales awards.
